How long does order processing take?
Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking email after the carrier scans the package.
How do I start a return?
Email [email protected] with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email us with your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos within 7 days of delivery. We'll review and arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered packing or been picked up by the carrier, we will do our best to cancel or modify it. Once the carrier has it, changes are no longer possible.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more. Alaska and Hawaii orders are not eligible for the free shipping threshold. See our Shipping Policy for rates and delivery times.
